Eji’s Signature Misir Wot
Mildly spicy red lentil stew seasoned and simmered with caramelized onions, berbere (Ethiopian chili powder), cardamom and other traditional Ethiopian spices

Ater Kik Alicha
Split yellow pea slowly cooked in caramelized onion seasoned with turmeric, garlic and ginger (can be made with whole lentils)
